That is completely up to you – all greetings are customized to fit your business. Typically, our telephone answering starts with a personalized greeting like “Good Morning/Good Afternoon” or “Thank you for calling,” your company name, and an offer of assistance such as “How may I help you?”

The Dedicated representative will take a message and promptly email it to you. If we can assist the caller using the tools you’ve given us, we will do that and email you a detailed description of the interaction.

Yes! Dedicated reps will place calls to relay information or confirm appointments on your behalf.

Is there a long-term contract?

Nope! But we do require 30 days notice to cancel since all plans are monthly.

How do I know which plan to buy?

Our telephone answering service is very comprehensive. The packages are based on call volume. Our smallest plan is 100 minutes per month and our largest 1000 minutes per month. We recommend that you choose the SMALLEST plan that you think you’ll use, and we can always adjust your plan at the end of the month, based on your actual usage.

How are my minutes calculated?

We bill in one second increments. We never charge for hold time. Your plan minutes are for live talk time with callers, and patched minutes are billed separately at .09 cents per minute.

What happens if I go over the minutes on my plan?

You can pay for additional minutes at a specified rate, or we may upgrade you to the next plan, whichever is cheaper.

I have more than one business; can they share an account?

Definitely. You add multiple lines with a unique number and call handling instruction. For accounting, we will combine accounts and pool minutes for an additional fee.

Where are the representatives located?

Our call center is located in Dallas, Texas. All of our employees are well spoken, articulate, and professional. You will be proud to have any of them representing your business.

What are your hours?

Our team answers live during the following hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-11:00pm Central (8:30am-midnight Eastern); Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm CST (10:00am-3:00pm EST). We have automated options outside of these hours, for which there is no charge. There is also the option of 24/7/365 live answering if appropriate for your business.
