Our story
Started for small businesses. Still built around them.
Adi Campuzano founded the company in New York in 2000 with a simple idea: small businesses should be able to present themselves professionally without carrying the cost of a traditional office.
As clients needed more than an address, Dedicated Office grew with them. The work expanded into live call answering, scheduling, lead response, customer care, and the systems that connect each conversation to the right next step.
A new home in Texas
The company moves its operations to Texas and continues building a national service team.
