I just wanted to shout out Adi and her team. They are some of the best in the game for call centers. I have an ad agency, so a lot of my clients need a dedicated calling team because we do not do that.

It has been an easy transition working with Adi. She integrates fully with our systems and with the systems at your clinic. If you have a clinic or med spa, she is a great solution. She understands the sales process, and her team understands your pain points and the things somebody needs to know.

They are U.S.-based, which matters when a caller needs someone who speaks English and understands the cultural background. I highly recommend working with Adi’s team. They are professional, easy to work with, and much more affordable than hiring another sales representative.

I refer her a lot of business. Our clients love working with her, and she gets great results following up on our lead-generation campaigns. Definitely book a call with Adi. She will get you set up.

How’s it going? I’m the owner of a performance-based agency, and we do everything from the advertising to the actual booking of a lead and getting that lead to prepay. It was a little interesting for me when I was looking for call centers to scale up our ability to handle more of the support and setting. I thought it would be really straightforward because we had documentation and systems in place. Unfortunately, the call centers that I tried before I met Adi nearly lost my whole book of business.

Specifically, before I met Adi, for the last four or five weeks we were working with another vendor, and it was just a catastrophe. We were promised everything. The testimonials looked great. I was on the phone directly with the owner. Everything checked off for us to transact. When we actually got into it, their systems were not refined for what we needed. They said they could do it, and they just could not. They were trying to figure it out. They were trying to innovate. They did not have a rhythm, an aptitude, or the bandwidth to actually solve the problems in a quick and efficient way.

When we started with Adi, it was a complete night-and-day difference. I called her and put her in a high-pressure situation because I was saying we probably had two weeks to deliver results before these guys pulled the plug. She didn’t even blink at it. She said, “Great. Give me your systems.” I gave them to her Friday. I got a call Sunday, over the weekend. They were already in the systems, answered a couple of questions, and started taking action Monday.

There were no problems. There were a couple of questions that they had. We got a couple of results Tuesday, then a couple more questions, and those were things that were enriching my systems at that point. They were improvements upon what we had built, not troubleshooting something that went wrong. It was, “Hey, there are a couple more things that we could define together to make this more efficient.” So already, on day two of our relationship, she was helping us enrich our systems. On day three, we actually had one of the best days we ever had with one of these clients, and he was super happy.

At the end of the day, all I can do is recommend Adi extremely highly because, in my experience shopping around, I haven’t dealt with people who have U.S.-based, friendly, conversational, human-sounding callers and a team led by somebody with the actual aptitude to solve problems quickly and effectively—with the common sense to take whatever you are trying to communicate, apply it to their internal system, and align it with whatever you need set up.

So again, if you’re looking to transact with Adi, 100% do it. You’re going to regret going to a vendor that is super affordable and promises you the world but cannot deliver. Adi’s team is quality, and I just can’t recommend her enough. That’s all. Take care.
